Our part time route offers students the flexibility of home study with the benefits of face to face practical training in one course. Our online recorded library offers students an immediate start to begin to learn about the human form and how it adapts to exercise before learning in our virtual classroom with live and interactive sessions fully tutored by our training team here on site. Finally, students attend our school of excellence in person to undergo their final 10 days of intensive practical-based study, graduating as an EIF Master Trainer™ ready to launch their new career in fitness.

Our recorded library allows an immediate start with an introduction to exercise psychology, mechanics of human movement and physiology of exercise ready to download once enrolled. First launched in 2003 we have been training people online for many years.
