These include one on one training, small group PT, boxing, circuits, functional training programs, core stability, back care and rehabilitation services, weight management packages, sports conditioning programs, body shaping and specialist postural and corrective exercise consultations. We will prepare you to deliver all of this in one coherent course.
Break the mould
In order to stand out as an exceptional PT you have to break free of gym instructor and group exercise traditions and specialise in providing results-orientated services deriving effective and affordable packages for your clients. Whilst this may include delivering group based training you will need to clearly distinguish yourself from other instructors. When you do so, your earning potential increases too.
Annual income based on a 25-30hr week with a mix of delivery sessions x 45 weeks per year offering time for ongoing blogging, writing of articles for your website, presentations and seminars and your own fitness and relaxation.
