1. Know and prioritise what you want
This means asking some fundamental questions about what you want from your career. Is it to keep your head above water and become just another trainer or is it to stand out and play to your personal strengths and excel in them?
2. Believe in yourself (and others)
Your confidence and belief in yourself will determine your financial and career success as a personal trainer and in turn will likely affect the belief your clients with have in themselves. They will love being trained by a confident and successful trainer. Are you ready to start believing in yourself?
3. Take action
Do what you need to do to get what you say you want. This can be difficult. Success doesn’t happen by accident it must be planned and the plan must be implemented. This means taking affirmative action towards achieving your dreams.
